Red is Blue

I painted this a few years ago while in class. I had finished an acrylic color wheel and whipped this out.
The title is a play on words connected with the song "Red is Blue" for the movie Hoodwinked. The song is about a girl called red, and she's down. Red is Blue. I have red hair, so it fits for when I'm down.
I did do a bit of digital stuff to get the splashy textures and stuff. I'm not sure if I like it that way, or with the paper blank white...
